We are holding our first event as a pub night in Victoria.

This is a networking event to meet with other engineers that own and operate their own engineering firms and are serious about developing their business in the Victoria area. There will not be a presentation, but just a good meet and greet to share a BEvERage or two with like minded folks.

We have 12 spots open for this event. Signup before the event is sold out.

The event cost is $20 + GST and will be at a pub in Saanich or Victoria. Event details to follow.

I have recently spoken to many of you, and the resounding concern for industry has been AI implementation, not just what it can do, but also how to implement and benefit from it.

We are teaming up with the local Brayden Everton of Aiyarise for this lunch and learn. Some of you may know Brayden already.

Brayden has been involved with construction in BC and Alberta since leaving high school. He started labourer and rose through the ranks to project manager of multimillion-dollar projects. Brayden is now helping firms in the construction industry understand and implement AI in their businesses.

We are tentatively looking at Wednesday, December 9th for the lunch and presentation. December is a busy month, but the urgency of this topic has us not wanting to wait until January. The event will run no more than 2 hours. There are 15 spots available and the cost will be approximately $150 plus GST.
